Hi,

I'm quite new to SkyDemon and have used it on a couple of flights which works great. I have two questions and hope you can help.

1. When planning a flight I see red warnings regarding I'm passing through class A airspace. The lower limit is 1500ft and my leg is at 1300ft. Is it possible to change any warning thresholds?

2. When flying abroad will it use a lot of internet data roaming for GPS/Maps/Navigation or is it pre-cached in some way?

Thanks in advance JJA.

You will not be warned about passing through airspace unless you actually DO pass through the airspace. You won't get a warning in the situation you described, so the situation must be slightly different. Please feel free to upload the route in question, that would help.

The only data that needs to be regularly downloaded is NOTAM and weather, both of which take up very little bandwidth. Only the downloading of charts and plates takes more, and that is never done without your express permission.

Hope this helps.

Hi Tim,

Thanks for your quick reply. I found the cause of the warning, it was in my route to the alternate airport. Blush
